Returns
Returns are only allowed with an approval from Feral Industries. In the case that the buyer wishes to return a part, they must get in touch with Feral Industries or the distributor from whom they purchased from within two days of receiving the item. No returns will be accepted for items that have been used, modified, or installed. All returned products are subject to a 30% restocking fee, in addition to the return shipping charges. The original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The returned product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as it was received. Only the original buyer is permitted to request a return. Defective items may be exchanged for the same item only. Feral Industries will inspect it to evaluate its condition. If the item is found to be not defective or not eligible for a return, the buyer will be responsible for any incurred expenses. Neither Feral Industries nor the shipping company can be held accountable for any damages or loss during shipping. It is recommended that the buyer insures the returned item for its full value for their own protection. Refunds will not be granted for items that are damaged during their return journey to Feral Industries. Please note, special orders cannot be returned.
Damages & Issues
At Feral Industries, we meticulously package our products to prevent damage during shipping. Despite our efforts, there may be instances where the package or product still sustains damage. It is crucial for the buyer to thoroughly inspect the packaging and products upon receiving them to ensure they are in good condition It is essential for the buyer to retain all original packaging materials and the damaged product for inspection by the carrier. Failure to do so or returning the shipment without prior approval may result in rejection of damage claims. Signing the receipt without making any notes waives the responsibility of both the carrier and Feral Industries for any further damage. In case of damage discovered after delivery, it becomes the responsibility of the customer. Feral Industries must be notified of any damages within 24 hours, and the replacement value will be equal to the amount paid to the distributor, which is final.
Defective Items
Since the majority of carbon fiber products are crafted by hand, no two pieces will be exactly alike. It is normal to see minor variations such as slightly uneven weaves, small air pockets, or slight marks on the clear coating. If a customer wants to claim that a part is defective, photographic evidence must be submitted before any return can be made. In the event that a defect is discovered after purchase and installation, the customer will be responsible for paying any expenses related to repair, replacement, or installation. Feral Industries will only replace the defective component and won't take any responsibility for extra cost.
