Feral Industries uses only the highest quality carbon fiber for our front spoiler. Our carbon fiber spoilers are made from autoclaved 2x2 pre-preg carbon fiber. Pre-preg is a composite material that is constructed from “pre-impregnated” fibers and a partially cured polymer matrix. This is usually comprised of epoxy, phenolic resin, or thermoplastic mixed with liquid rubbers or resins. The curing process of choice for the pre-preg composite is the autoclave, which is a pressure chamber, unlike a curing oven which only has atmospheric pressure inside. This helps us to produce a very high-quality carbon fiber front spoiler that not only looks amazing but is built with durability in mind.
